I've spent the last thirteen years building products that sit at the intersection of complex regulation and real-world market need. My career started in the trenches of regulatory reporting and collateral management. The kind of work where understanding a single Basel III field can save a bank millions. That early immersion in detail gave me something I still carry today: an instinct for where the real problems hide.
Over the years I moved from implementation into product leadership, eventually heading a team of ten-plus product professionals and shaping strategy across multiple product lines. What I enjoy most is the translation layer: taking dense domain requirements from risk officers, traders, and compliance teams, and turning them into software that people actually want to use. I've led agile transformations, rebuilt go-to-market motions, and launched products from zero in markets I had to learn from scratch.
Today, I'm at S&P Global working on carbon markets and commodity trading tools - a space where emerging regulation, environmental urgency, and new technology are all converging at once. I'm also deeply hands-on with AI: I use Claude Code to build prototypes, automate workflows, and test ideas at a speed that would have been unimaginable a few years ago. For me, AI isn't just a product category to manage - it's a tool I use every day to build better products faster.
